To ensure access code confidentiality, each property staff member is assigned a specific code used to activate the access key. This feature not only provides additional peace of mind to residents, it also helps property managers plan maintenance time, track maintenance activity, and monitor units entered on a daily basis.

We maintain our own state-of-the-art central monitoring center, the only multi-family-specific monitoring center in the industry. The central control station monitors registered users with callback verification and is tested for quality and reliability under the standards of Underwriters Laboratories (UL).
