Network Security was founded and operated as a commercial and residential security and guard service company in Dallas. As the national apartment market quickly expanded, Network Security recognized the need for a multi-family-specific security provider.
1982
Protection 1, Multifamily Division was launched as a division of Network Security and began providing multihousing-exclusive alarm systems and services. Several acquisitions in the 1990s further ensured Network's position as the largest, most experienced provider of multi-family alarm systems and services in the nation.
